Worked as Executive Chef of 5* hotels across India and Nepal with leading brands like Oberoi Hotels; Radisson Hotel and the Taj Hotels.
I have spent a lot of time creating menus for various restaurants of different cuisines in these Hotels.
Also had the opportunity of stepping out of Kitchen operations briefly to train budding Chefs in the Chef training programs of two major Hotel chains, namely the O.C.L.D. of Oberoi Hotels and the T.M.T.P. of Taj Hotels as Corporate Chef Trainer
Having spent about 28 years in the 5* hotels, always kept me wondering how I could bring the same level of cuisines to the mass at an affordable rate. Hence then I stepped into retail sector. Got into e-commerce food delivery setup through the website and mobile app and specialised cuisine menus delivered to order.
Had my own startup briefly for about 16+ months delivering gourmet Asian cuisine, then finally joining hands with Swiggy to operate their private brands
